Can the song be changed?

What about returns or exchanges?

We want you to love your SongBuddy. If the QR code does not scan or the app experience is not working, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right immediately, no return needed.

For unopened or unused returns, we accept returns within 14 days as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging, unused and unsoiled. Buyer pays return shipping.

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or soiling, items returned without original packaging, or items damaged after delivery. If your SongBuddy arrives damaged, take a photo immediately and email us within 7 days. We will send a replacement, no return required.
