SongBuddies Shop is operated by Plethora Productions LLC. Orders ship from Pennsylvania, United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping options and rates

Your shipping options and the exact charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Economy (5–8 business days): $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb, or $19.90 for orders from 5 to 70 lb.
Standard (3–4 business days): $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb, or $9.90 for orders from 1 to 5 lb.
Free Economy shipping on orders of $70 or more (for example, 2 or more SongBuddies).

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and start once your order ships. Carrier delays, weather and busy holiday periods can affect delivery.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Gift orders

Gift orders ship to the delivery address entered at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, an additional shipping charge may apply to send it again.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your SongBuddy arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement at no additional cost, as described in our Refund Policy.
