1. About These Terms

SongBuddies Shop is operated by Plethora Productions LLC, referred to as “SongBuddies,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” These terms govern your use of songbuddiesshop.com and purchases made through the store.

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Eligibility and Order Information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

3. Products and the SongBuddies Experience

SongBuddies are physical plush toys with a QR-linked digital experience. Scanning a supported QR code can open a Buddy profile, message, and attached Spotify song on a compatible phone.

Music plays through a phone or supported service, not from a speaker inside the plush. Digital features may require internet access, a compatible device, the SongBuddies app, an account, or access to a third-party service.

Product descriptions identify what is included. Photographs are illustrative; minor differences in appearance, materials, or screen colors may occur. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

4. Pricing, Discounts, and Payment

Prices and accepted payment methods are displayed in the store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Discount codes are subject to their stated eligibility, exclusions, and validity periods. They have no cash value. Prices and offers may change for future orders.

If we discover a material pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. If the order is canceled, we will refund payments collected for the canceled items.

5. Orders and Shipping

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory shortages, or other legitimate fulfillment reasons. We will notify you and refund payments collected for canceled orders.

Shipping estimates are shown on the product page, at checkout, or in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide cancellation and refund options as required by law. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.

6. Returns and Product Issues

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains our Satisfaction Guarantee, eligible returns, damaged-item replacements, and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections.

7. Digital Features and Third Parties

Shopify provides our store platform, and third-party providers may supply payment, music, or other services. Their services are subject to their own terms and availability.

Spotify playback depends on Spotify’s service, account requirements, and restrictions. A toy purchase does not include a Spotify subscription. SongBuddies is not endorsed by Spotify unless expressly stated.

Digital features may be updated or temporarily interrupted. We will not use these terms to avoid obligations concerning advertised product functionality or rights provided by law. Separate app terms and privacy notices apply where presented.

8. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders, or violate another person’s rights.

SongBuddies branding, designs, photographs, and original website content belong to us or our licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights. Any content you submit must be content you have permission to share.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Payment information is handled through the payment providers used at checkout.

10. Liability and Consumer Protections

We remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer guarantees.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorized misuse of the store or independent third-party service failures. This does not limit responsibility for our own conduct or contractual obligations.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to orders already placed.
